17.64 Acres at the Northwest corner of US Hwy 81 and Pikes Peak Road. The property is located within the city limits of Chickasha.  All city services, including fire, sanitation, water are available to the site.  Sewer would require an extension to an existing line.

Water runs along the east side of the property. The existing sewer is 2800' north of the site. The topography (downhill to the existing sewer) lends to minimal cost to bring the sewer to the site.
